The available shipping options and the total price are displayed before you place your binding order at checkout. Subsequent, unauthorized shipping surcharges will not be applied. Particularly large, heavy, or individually arranged deliveries may incur different costs; we will expressly point this out before purchase.
Delivery time
In-stock products are usually shipped within one to two business days after receipt of order or payment. The specific delivery time depends on the product, payment method, and destination address. For personalized or custom-made items, the timeframe mentioned with the product or in the offer applies. If no other delivery period has been agreed upon, delivery will take place within 30 days at the latest.
"Ready for shipment" refers to the handover to the shipping provider and is not synonymous with final delivery. The delivery period applicable to your order is stated with the product or before the conclusion of the contract. We will inform you of any delays; your statutory rights in the event of delivery delays remain unaffected.
Damaged or missing shipment
In the event of a damaged shipment, please keep the packaging and the goods and send us photos of the package, the shipping label, and the product. If a shipment has not arrived despite tracking, please do not initiate your own paid investigation, but contact us instead. We will clarify its whereabouts with the shipping provider. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
