From carefully selected materials to the finished piece, we combine thoughtful design with skilled craftsmanship in our Vienna workshop.
Cutting fabric to a template
For each lampshade, the fabric is cut using a matching template. This ensures the shape, height and circumference fit the frame precisely.
Threading the cable and fitting
For a bottle lamp, we thread the fabric-covered cable through the prepared bottle and fit the matching lamp holder. The bottle shape, cable colour and lampshade are carefully coordinated.
Shaping the concrete
Our concrete pieces are cast by hand and carefully finished. Small air holes and subtle variations in colour remain visible as natural features of the material.
Carefully sanding wine crates
Selected wine crates are sanded piece by piece and prepared for finishing. Their grain, patina and markings are preserved as visible traces of their history.
Giving reclaimed glass a new life
We inspect, clean and adapt distinctive bottles and reclaimed glass for their new purpose. Existing materials can live on as lighting, vessels or in combination with concrete.
