Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods from a single order that are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item; in the case of goods delivered in multiple partial shipments, the period begins upon receipt of the last partial shipment.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form, though this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery will not be refunded.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to Designeria e.U., Erdbrustgasse 7/9, 1160 Vienna, Austria, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exception for custom-made products
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. This may include, for example, a personalized name engraving or a version produced according to your individual dimensions. Manufacturing only after an order is placed and the selection of a standard variant do not in themselves constitute customization. Whether an exception applies depends on the specific product; we will inform you about this before the contract is concluded. Handcrafting, small production runs, or labeling an item as a "unique piece" do not in themselves exclude the right of withdrawal for items that are already in stock.
Statutory rights in the event of defects
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not remove statutory warranty rights or claims regarding defective or non-compliant delivery.
