Orders and complaints
If possible, please provide your order number and describe your request. Photos help in cases of damage; however, immediate reporting or providing photos is not a requirement for statutory warranty claims.
Cancellation and returns
You can declare a cancellation clearly by email or letter. No reason is required. Deadlines and details can be found under Cancellation and returns; the model cancellation form is also linked there.
Custom projects
For a custom-made item, please provide your idea, desired dimensions, quantity, and a preferred deadline.
In case of damage or a safety issue
Do not continue to use damaged products. Switch off lamps and disconnect them from the power supply, provided it is safe to do so. Please describe the incident and provide the product or order number if possible; photos help with identification. Do not carry out your own electrical repairs. Photos, original packaging, and immediate reporting are not prerequisites for statutory consumer claims.
